Mission Statement

The Fort Benton Chamber of Commerce is a community organization whose goal is to promote, stimulate, increase, and improve business conditions, and to build a better community through positive participation and involvement.

Code of Ethics

Each member of the Fort Benton Chamber of Commerce ascribes to a Code of Ethics which serves as inspiration for each member to rise above minimum standards. Through the code, the Chamber and each of its members proclaim and reaffirm their commitment to the highest ideals of principled free enterprise in the American democratic tradition and the belief in the common good of joining together to promote the civic, commercial, and industrial progress as well as the quality of life in Fort Benton. Therefore, members voluntarily agree and strive:

• To make every effort to provide quality merchandise, products or services at fair and reasonable prices.

• To perform transactions and services with honesty and integrity.

• To promote the good of the community, all community businesses, and recognize the dignity and worth of all individuals.

• To uphold and preserve the Mission Statement, standard and reputation of the Fort Benton Chamber of Commerce.

• To maintain high standards of character, conduct, and speech toward our customers, employees, and neighbors.
